Liam - One Month

I cannot believe that Liam is already one month old! Time really is passing so quickly. It always does. :(  Our little guy is such a good baby. He is so pleasant & hardly ever fusses. (I hope I didn't just jinx myself with that one)

He is a spitter just like his big brother. However, according to the doctor as long as he is a 'happy spitter' than everything is just fine & he'll grow out of it. I haven't been near as worried like I was with Gavin because he was the same way. I guess that is one perk to having done this before. You can be more relaxed about some things. Like I mentioned doctor, yesterday was Liam's one month check up. Here are his stats:

Weight: 10 pounds, 6 ounces (65%)

Height: 21 3/4 inches (55%)

Head: Large, but still on the chart ;)

We have quite the big boy on our hands. I say big only because Gavin was such a tiny little thing. His one month weight was what Liam was born weighing. Crazy how different/same siblings can be. 

Here are some things about little Liam:

*He sleeps around 17 hours a day still.

* Goes a good 5 hour & then 4 hour stretch at night between feedings.

* Is a grunting machine!!! Seriously, I don't know how much longer I can have him in our room.

* Is starting to follow objects & make direct eye contact with me & follow my face.

* Is adapting well to the BabyWise schedule of Eat, Wake time, Sleep.

* Is starting to smile a little bit. 

* Loves to be swaddled & held.

 * Doesn't really like bath time yet.

* Likes tummy time for the most part.

* Can hold his head up pretty darn well.

* Has rolled over a couple times from tummy to back.

 As soon as I put him down on his tummy he shot his head up so fast & kept it there for quite a long time. Seriously the cutest little face ever! I love our little Liam. This is when he rolled over too. 

We love our little Liam & are so happy to have him a part of our family!
