First Day Of Pre-Kindergarten

I can't believe school is starting already. This summer really did fly by so fast! In fact, this day came on so fast. I had planned to do a cute breakfast for him, but completely spaced it. I barely remembered to print the dang sign. In fact, I had forgotten to get the teacher gift he wanted to do so I had to throw together what we had done last year. Not sure what my problem was. Maybe denial that my little boy is growing up???

Oh I could just eat him! Gavin is so handsome & I just LOVE him to pieces.

I'll settle for him letting me give him a big ol smooch! I love that he is still posing with his sign too.
Teacher gift for Mrs. Orsi. "To a year full of SNICKERS and JOY". Nothing better then sucking up to the teacher on the first day of school. Haha! Get it? Sucking up?

Gavin is attending Parkway Christian Preschool which is the same school as last year. His teacher is Mrs. Orsi & the TA is Miss Nicole. He has 18 kids in his class & only 5 of them are girls. Boy oh boy do they have their hands full. I've heard that Mrs. Orsi is pretty strict & has more of a no-nonsense type of teaching. I'm not worried in the slightest as I think with that many students you kind of have to be. And it's good for Gavin to learn different teaching methods. I'm bummed that Gavin won't be able to attend the full school year here due to our move in December. But at least he can enjoy & soak in as much knowledge as he can while he can. Oh, and he didn't even look back when it was time to go into his class. Which I'm not sad about because neither did I. Haha!

Gavin sure is a handsome little fellow. High ho, high ho, it's off to school we go. Glad he was happy about going, aren't you?
