Memorial Day & Bowling

Coming home from Disney World on Sunday gave us all of Monday to celebrate Memorial Day. We spent the day working in the yard & in the house, but in the late afternoon we started the fun. We went to Drew & Michele Steels pool with some friends for some swimming & a BBQ. 

The kids were all little fish & they swam for hours! Literally, we stayed until it was dark & they were still swimming. Brought back memories from my childhood where I did the same thing. Love night swimming in the summer.

 I would be 100% okay with this becoming more than just friends down the road. Haha! They are pretty cute together. Too bad they are moving to Texas in just a couple days. :( boo.

 With friends moving away we've made it kind of a habit of snapping a girl picture when ever we are all together. I love it! These girls are what making living down here so fun. 

We found a Groupon for family bowling deal. It was great! 2 hours of bowling with shoes included for up to 6 people & a large pizza included. Score! So the Rhodes & Steel's joined us for some fun family bowling. 

 The kids were all a little insane. But in a good way. They were having so much fun. Liam wouldn't stop picking up the balls & I was a little nervous that he was going to crush his toes or fingers. But thankfully that never happened.

We're so lucky to have an aunt that lives near by to join us in all our fun times. She's not even a huge fan of bowling, but I think maybe, just maybe after this time, she may be. She did awesome!
