Doug & I were married on October 6, 2005 in the Salt Lake Temple. We are currently living in the Dallas, Texas area. We have two sons, Gavin Douglas born September 18, 2009 & Liam Robert born October 14, 2011. We are so happy to be a family of four & love our boys so much! It is always one adventure after another in this house.

More Visitors

We were lucky to get another set of visitors just a week after the Bell family was here. Doug's brother Danny & his wife Whitney came to Florida to catch a cruise, but came a few days early to visit with us. Wahoo!

The boys were beyond excited to see their aunt & uncle. They couldn't stop talking about it. And they didn't leave these two alone the entire time they were here.

Play, play, play!
We got to celebrate Aunt Whitney's birthday while they were in town which was lots of fun. We went out to eat at Azteca for some yummy Mexican food.

And Gavin did the most nasty thing ever....sucking ketchup through his straw. YUCK!

We embarrassed Whitney by having the mariachi band come sing to her. Aiyahai!!!

We went home & celebrated some more by singing to her again & having chocolate cake & ice cream.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNT WHITNEY!!!
And it's safe to say this boy LOVES him some birthday cake. Haha! Cutest grin ever.

The next morning we went to the everglades to go on an airboat ride & see some gators.
I always get so nervous that we won't see any & that our visitors will be sooo disappointed. But thankfully that has yet to happen. Phew!

Uncle Danny holding a bigger baby gator.

Daddy giving kisses. Yuck!

Liam is still in that 'Lenny' phase where he grips animals a little too hard when he gets excited. Haha!
After the everglades Doug had to take off out of town for a conference. *sigh*

But that didn't stop the rest of us from having a good time. :) I wanted to show Danny & Whitney more of Southern Florida so we decided a fun way was to do the water taxi. I really do love this!

And stopping for dinner again at the 15th Street Fisheries and feeding the tarpon.

See. I told ya they were huge.
Kind of blurry, but I really like this group picture.

Check out that high chair. Literally. Haha! There are 3 stacked to get him table level. Genius.

Loved having my boys as my dates. And loved this tasty dish of coconut shrimp. Yum!

We dropped them off at the port the next day for their cruise. It was so fun showing them our house & our city. It's always fun having visitors. All are welcome anytime. Time is running out too as we only have til December before we move. Hint hint. Oh wait, everyone that reads this blog has already come to visit. :( Boo. Haha!
