Community Fest & Archery

Every spring the different departments at NOVA University put on a Community Fest. It is so much fun & everything is FREE! Score. The boys had fun playing games to win prizes & we had fun trying all the different kinds of food.

Our friends Marty & Allisa have gotten really into archery as of late. He made a bunch of bows from PVC pipe & showed Doug how to make one for our boys. Pretty freaking cool if you ask me. Anyhow, we have spent a couple different Saturday afternoons with them having some target practice. And I can't help myself, but every time I am shooting, I feel like Catniss. Haha!
