While Dad's away...we clean & play!

Doug had to leave for another conference over the weekend, but thankfully he didn't need to be at school that morning of departure. So he treated us out to breakfast so we could do something fun as a family before he left. 

 

 I really do LOVE breakfast food & going out for breakfast really is a treat for me. :) I love my boys & loved having some family time before Doug deserted me once again. *sigh-oh the joys of networking*

We spent most of that weekend cleaning up the house. At one moment I noticed Gavin had my phone which he often steals & was snapping some pictures which he often does. I wasn't mad, but I was asking for it back in a silly 'monster mom' kind of way. Well he just couldn't resist the urge to tap that camera button one more time. When I looked at all the pics I couldn't help but laugh at loud at the last one.

Boy did he capture that 'monster mom' in full effect or what?. haha! 

We were out running errands & the weather was too perfect to not stop at the park & let the boys run around. It was an awesome spring day & we had fun swinging, sliding & running around.

Liam likes to just chillax in the swing.

I can't get over at how cute my boys are! 

They both have so much personality & energy & it was the perfect outlet for all of us. :)
