So like mentioned we did go out to celebrate our 6th Anniversary. We went to dinner at Black & Blue Steak and Crab which was a first for us. It was very pretty inside & I kind of felt like we weren't in Buffalo. :) They even brought us some champagne on the house in honor of our anniversary. Guess they didn't notice the big baby bump I was holding in my lap. Woot woot! ;) We ordered the lobster & crab fondue as an appetizer & man oh man was it delicious! I've never been a big fan of any kind of seafood, but I think my tastes must be changing because I've been venturing out a lot more in that area of food. Look at me Mom & Dad, I'm growing up! ;) I ordered the Filet Mignon with asparagus & Doug got a Sirloin with garlic potatoes. Everything was seriously cooked to perfection & I'm not going to lie, I ate every bite! Wowza!
When we got home we gave each other our "Candy" gifts. I could tell Doug was really excited about giving me his. He said he was so proud of himself for coming up with it all on his own.
{with attached sayings to express his love for me}
I LOVED IT! I couldn't stop laughing at some of the sayings he came up with so of course I had to share some of my favorites.
My gift to Doug was a Candy Bar Cake. It was super easy to create & turned out pretty darn cute.
HAPPY 6th ANNIVERSARY!
