Birthday & New Years

On the 30th of December it was our nephew Logan's 8th birthday. We were so happy to actually be with him to help him celebrate! We celebrated at Incredible Pizza with games, attractions, all you can eat buffet & of coarse delicious birthday cake!

Making a Birthday Wish!

Gavin seriously scarfed on the cake! He couldn't get enough. You'd think we didn't feed him dinner by the way he was devouring it. Must take after his mommy!

And I was thrilled that she actually got this below face captured on film. I have been trying for so long, but my camera is not as fancy & quick as hers. I'm so glad she gave it to me. Seriously though, what is that face!?!

{New Years Eve}
We spent New Years Eve at my parents house with everyone. We had a nice dinner including ham, party potatoes, salad, rolls. Yummy!

Then it was time to PARTY!
Doug's brother Dave came over with all the stuff to do KARAOKE!!! I don't think we planned on it, but we did it for hours. All the way up until the ball dropped actually. It was a BLAST! There were so many songs to choose from & from all different eras too. Which was nice because everyone could truly participate.

Me & Becki were quite the hit if I say so myself. We even through in some dance moves to go along to our Lady Gaga song. :)

Ashley & Savvy sang Barbie Girl. It was so cute & fun to watch Savvy actually know the words!

From the very beginning Mom was NOT going to sing. But after a few rounds she just couldn't resist! She sang, she danced & even when it wasn't her turn we would catch her singing away to EVERY song. Rap included. :) Love you mom! Thanks for being so fun!

And that is the close of our holiday vacation in Utah. It seriously was a wonderful trip! I loved every minute of it. I'm so grateful for family & friends & the opportunity we get to see as many as we can when we're home.
