And another....PRoJEcT that is!

Let's just say that our kitchen tile was not great...okay...HORRIBLE!!! You really couldn't tell unless you looked closely, but we noticed it all the time. Whoever put the tile in did not do it right. We had a bunch of cracked tiles & the grout was chipping out all over. The only plus to that is that I was sweeping all the time! We really could have put up with it a bit longer, but now that we are having a baby & he'll be crawling next year I was really nervous about him picking up grout & eating it. Call me crazy for already being over protective, but come on...I've always been one to 'look out' for things to come. :) Anyhow, here are some pics of before & after:

Well there you have our latest & greatest on our summer projects. I say ours, but I really mean Dougs. He is so wonderful to get all these projects done around the house. He is so handy & I love that if he doesn't know how to do something, he figures it out! Thanks Doug for making our kitchen floor sparkle!
