Doug & I were married on October 6, 2005 in the Salt Lake Temple. We are currently living in the Dallas, Texas area. We have two sons, Gavin Douglas born September 18, 2009 & Liam Robert born October 14, 2011. We are so happy to be a family of four & love our boys so much! It is always one adventure after another in this house.

March Happenings

March sure was a busy month with two big holidays & just every day stuff. Here are all the random pics taken throughout the month of March.

We love it when friends are over for bath time. Rub a dub dub! Love Liams little goatee. Haha!

Gavin asked me to help him put his stuffed animal in his shirt. Once I did he exclaimed, "I look like Rozannah!....Solo's mom!". Our friend is about to have a baby & is all belly. Too funny!

Liam had climbed down from the tramp & was attempting to slide down the slide. He got it a little mixed up on where his legs are supposed to go. It amazes me how flexible little kids are. Check out them splits!

We love playing outside on the tramp & in the yard. These two play pretty well together & have lots of cute little moments where their brotherly love shines. I just love this picture! Playing football & just needed a little break for some loves. :)

Because they play so well, I have been able to do a little reading while we are outside. I love it!

Gavin hasn't been napping as of late so during his quiet time he works on his letters with his tablet. He loves it & is getting quite good.

This boy loves puzzles so when he got an Easter puzzle in the mail from his cousins he had to sit down right then & there to put it together. He did it all by himself the very first time. As you can tell by the expression, he was quite pleased with himself. As he should be.

Liam is BUSY!!! He is constantly on the run from one thing to another. He climbs up on anything & everything and as of late it's his changing table. I got after him & said you need to go to time out if you keep doing this. As soon as I put him down he ran straight to the time out wall & put his nose on it. Haha! I couldn't help but laugh as he knows exactly what to do because he sees Gavin go there...often.

Opened up the strawberries & found this. I have never seen such a thing before in my life. It was like Siamese twins! Too odd not to snap a photo.

We love the mall activity & had fun making an Easter craft & getting our faces painted.

Just a little afternoon coloring session for these two boys. Well coloring for Gavin, dumping crayons all over the floor for Liam.

We stopped in at Aunt Laura's house & these two ran straight to her piano keyboard. My little musicians. :)

Laura was hosting book club for the book Peace Like A River which takes place midwest & she wanted to do a cowboy themed food table. She asked me to make s'mores on a stick & I think they turned out pretty cute.

There is a path that runs along a canal right outside our community that I sometimes jog on with the boys. It's so quiet & peaceful that I just had to capture my view. I really do love living in such a beautiful place.

We were walking to our car in the Target parking garage & we spotted this momma duck & her baby just walking around. It was too precious & sweet & with being Easter weekend I couldn't resist. The boys were loving it as these two were following us. I think they knew we had popcorn. We tossed them some before we left. Gavin did ask me though where all the other babies were. He was right too, there usually is a lot more than one baby around the momma. I hope they were close by as it would be awful anything else.

Doug & I were in much need of a date night. We went to the movies & saw the new GI Joe in 3D. Doug has a coworker that also works at the movies so she can get us any showing for only $5 a ticket. Score! We go to a lot more movies now which I love. :)
