My Boys

So I completely forgot to put up Liam's 2 month stats back in December so here they are. 

Weight: 13 lbs (76%)

Height: 23 in (51%)

Head: 16 3/4 in (94%)

He is quite the big boy! Gavin didn't weigh that much until he was 4 months old. And I'm glad to say that at least Liam's noggin is still on the chart. :) My boys have large heads that's for sure!

Since being back in Buffalo we have pretty much been staying home. The cold weather doesn't phase Gavin, but it's too cold to take Liam out in it for play. We've had fun playing in the house, making cookies. In fact, Gavin probably asks me on a daily basis if we can make cookies. :) I hate saying no all the time & wish we could, but that would definitely create a problem with me trying to lose this baby weight. 

 

I just love watching Liam grow & discover new things. He is very aware of his surroundings & hates it when we leave the room. He likes to sit up & see all the action.

can get rather boring... except for when big brother plays & talks with me!

I love that after every time Gavin would "coo" at him, Liam would do it back.

And of course as soon as I took Liam out of the bumbo, Gavin had to have his turn. And he thought it was the funniest thing!

This is what I get these days when I ask him to say "cheese".

This is Doug & Gavin 'Dance Fighting'! After filming this I asked Doug where he came up with 'Dance Fighting' & apparently it is off of the movie 'Puss N' Boots' which they watched that morning. :)

After a big snow storm the boys headed out to play. They made a snowman, snow angels & a sledding hill. Nothing better than using a trash can lid for a sled right?! :)

After we got home from Utah we transitioned Gavin into a new room & into a big boy bed. Which has been wonderful! He does really well at nights. Naps however are slowly going away :( He does do 'Quiet Time' in his room though so at least I get a small break. Anyways, my point is that on the days that Gavin does NOT get a nap he is SO flippin tired by dinnertime. We have caught it on video a couple of the many times this has happened.
