Gavin has been getting into everything that he can get his little hands on. I have to keep things pushed far back on the counter tops because he is now able to reach up there. Everything has to be done quickly before he makes his way into a room. Example: Emptying/loading the dishwasher. He make a straight b-line to that thing when he hears it open. Same with the fridge. This kid totally keeps me on my toes that is for sure!
So we were getting ready to leave the house & I needed to get more diapers in the bag. I went & got some & I must have not closed the dresser door because right when I need to get his coat on I found him in his room like this.

"What Mom, you said you need more diapers!"Then the very next day I heard some scattering & crunching. So came quickly into the kitchen to this mess.
It doesn't look that bad in the picture but those tiny pieces were everywhere. He loves cereal & must have not liked that I threw away the box when there were perfectly good crumbs inside.

Gotta love this stage! Man oh man they keep us on our toes don't they!
I hope they grow out of it! All I do ALL day is pick up mess after mess. Malia goes from one room to the next. Its good to know that I'm not the only one with a mess maker!
How can you get mad at that cute little face! I know what you mean though they can make a mess faster than you can clean it up.
He looks like he is about to cry. Just wait until they want to pour their own cereal and get to it before you get out of bed. We have lost many a box of cereal to that lately. They are fun though.
Wow...it's been awhile since I've looked at anyone's blog! And you have way too many posts to comment on all of them, so in short....I'm glad you guys had so much fun in Utah and baby Doug is adorable! I have a video of Kohen pulling all of his wipes out of his wipe warmer when he was Gavin's age...it's funny all of the stuff they start getting into!
