We went up to the lake with Dougs family for Raspberry Days. Our friends Josh & Amy & Jaxson joined us for the weekend. I love it up there! The weather was always great during the day & then it would storm at night. We always got a great spot on the beach thanks to the early risers going down to set up camp.
Gavin really loves the water & had a great time playing on the beach. He did however HATE the life jacket with a passion!!!

Danny had a bunch of friends come up & they had a boat. They were kind enough to let us "old folk" go out & have a take at wake boarding. (Seriously, one of the kids referred to us at just that)Gavin LOVED the wave runner! He would get real mad when you tried to get him off.
Our friends Jordan & Shawnee came up the last night. We got shakes, played games & just had a great time catching up! We always look forward to this weekend every year. It's a fun family tradition/vacation. Thanks mom & dad Shaw for a great time at the cabin!

Gavin is quite the sporstman... riding the jet ski, quad, and boat! Looks like tons of fun! I LOVE the pic of Gavin eating the icecream cone and it's dripping all down his chin! So funny. So now I'm wondering if all your Utah posts are done or if you still have more!!
Raspberry Days is the best! Dang I'm bummed that we didn't run into you guys there. Next time you are in Utah we should have a playdate! Gavin is getting so big. I cant believe that our babies are turning one soon...
You guys are always doing so much fun stuff. I will always be jealous of you having that beach so close. Gavin is getting cuter every day and he is almost 1! Which means Jayda is too! So crazy! Your pictures are so great. And Jayda Shaw does have a nice ring to it! :)
