* I go on long walks every day. Sometimes more than one.
* I've eaten pineapple, spicy foods, walked along curbs, but still will NOT try castrol oil. Yuck!
* I had an ultrasound yesterday. Everything looks great with baby!
* It is a BOY! (I've been a little nervous the entire time that it would come out a girl. Lame I know)
* I saw the doc today. Still NOT dialated!
* I will be induced on Friday Sept 18th!
* I can't wait to see this little guy & hold him in my arms. Even if he doesn't want to come out :)

*Good call on the castor oil :) Wish I had someone to tell me how awful it was before I took the plunge. Of course I was a week overdue and had another week ahead of me before I was to be induced, so I probably would have tried it anyway. I was horribly desperate.
*I don't know how I missed you post about the nursery (it seems my update list doesn't include your blog sometimes, can't figure it out) But anyway, your nursery is model picture perfect!

That must be awful...I always thought the week before my due date was awful, I can only imagine how bad it must be after- the good news is he will come!!!

Your nursery is ADORBALE!!! You guys did such a great job on the bedding! Too cute! I cant believe your still preggo - I totally thought I would open and see your little one.

Sounds familiar! I tried all those things too (not castor oil- my mom told me it was a horrible idea). Here's one thing that may or may not have helped- I got a prenatal massage. They say that sometimes they can induce labor. I actually did go into labor that same night. Even if it doesn't work, at least you can enjoy a massage! Good luck Rach!

I can't believe you're not dialated! So crazy! So I have a confession...I tried caster oil with Landon!!! AAAHHH! Let's just say it didn't work! Good call on not trying it :)!!! I have heard that if you get a good foot massage, that it can put you into labor! But hang in there girl! Friday will come sooner than you think...and then you'll never be alone ever again!! I'm so excited for you guys!! Let us know what's going on!

Sounds like my first pregnancy. I was induced one week after the due date and one of my friends came to visit me that night and I still hadn't had the baby. It took me 2 days of induction to work, but I am sure yours will be much better.
Might want to try black cohosh (it's an herb) or blue cohosh. Ali and Amanda both did and it worked!!!And no nasty side effects like castor oil, I tried that when I was due with Ali, and it was awful! Didn't work either, I had her 6 days late!!
Hopefully he's here by now! Can't wait for a "He's here" update so we can see the sweet lil pea!
