O Christmas Tree...

I've been asked by quite a few people if I was going to decorate the house for Christmas since we won't be here. ABsOLuTeLy!!! I just love christmas & have had 2 1/2 weeks to enjoy our tree & holiday decor. Doug got out the tree & I fluffed the branches, put on the lights & decorated it. I'm sure it sounds like Doug was being a scrouge, but he is just a very smart man. He learned long ago that I like things a particular way. :) I got a little light happy this year & about 1/3 of the way through I ran out of lights. I had to go buy 4 more strands to finish it off. Bringing the total amount of brightness to 1,000 lights! You can't really tell in the photo that there are that many, but it is very bright! We put our tree in our front room & you can see it from the street. I love having a little house! Happy Holidays!

Yay for little trees in little houses! Ours is the same way, except for about 800 less lights. It looks great though!

Yeah for Christmas! I'm with you...we'll be in Phoenix for Christmas, but all that meant was that I put the tree up a week BEFORE Thanksgiving! Yep, I broke that rule! When are you going to be here? I would love to see you but we have a short window...I'll be gone Sun. 21 - Fri. 2? Is there any chance? Let me know! If you're like Julianne, you'll be craving Cafe Rio so we could all go to lunch to catch up and visit?
Love you!
